Recap of the Briefing Session

HP first introduced HKHA to the parents as most of them do not know who we were.

Vincent gave a briefing of the purpose of the tour, introduced the team leaders and some of the responsible persons.

Tam Sir went into more details about the tour. He has collected much informtion that he prepared and distributed a document for everyone to bring home and read. He also stress on the discipline issues which everyone, especially the students, must observe.

Louisa touched on miscellanous items such as uniform, dress code for the performance, Germany culture customs, hotel information. A sample of Euro notes and coins was passed out to the audience to let everyone familiar with the money.

Johnny, as one of the two teachers in the delegation, briefed the parents on his previous experience in leading the students in this type of trip.

HP showed slides and video of the past harmonica festivals in Germany and Hong Kong.
